Trump's Granddaughter Seeks Professional Guidance from Golf Legend Woods Ahead of LPGA Debut

Young golfer getting ready for major tournament

The rising star maintains substantial social media presence

The young golfer can count on multiple well-known backers when she begins her first LPGA appearance on Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who happens to be related to Donald Trump, obtained a tournament invitation to participate at Florida's Annika event in Florida.

The former president, a passionate golfer, owns numerous golf courses and often matches against Kai.

"He's quite skilled. I shouldn't elaborate but we have tight competitions," she mentioned.

The golfer shared that Trump, who won't be present, told her: "Just avoid anxiety."

"He basically advised me to compete and enjoy myself," she added.

"In my eyes, he's simply a regular grandfather. He's not attending for the tournament. He's focused on running the country, so he's quite busy."

As an amateur, Kai has participated in only three events recently and holds ranking 461 in AJGA standings.

But she can seek guidance from golf legend, romantically involved with Kai's mother.

"He represents the best player globally," Kai stated.

"Additionally, he's a more impressive person. He suggested me to compete, have fun, following whatever happens."

The golfer will compete against some of the biggest names in professional golf at the competition, such as world number two Nelly Korda, England's golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and last year's winner Lilia Vu.

The LPGA stated that her participation brings the sport to wider groups, especially reaching youth audiences.

Kai maintains a massive following and recently launched a personal apparel and wellness company.

She begins at 17:30 GMT.
